slFIX to Add Directory

Hi gang. We’re working on a big project: adding a directory of Second Life locations to this site. It’s a huge task because the goal is to keep it fresh and easy to sort through.

While we’re working on this you may see links that look exciting but which lead to “stub” content. For instance, on the SL Find page it says to click on a letter, but at the moment there are not many live links there. That’s temporary. Keep in mind that section of the site is under construction!

If you’ve ever wanted to advertise your inworld location on slFIX.com but were short on lindens, this directory will provide less costly options to get onto this site. We’ll still have banner ads available to those who want to advertise that way, but there will also be three directory options people can choose from.

If you know anyone interested in working some sales for slFIX.com let me know. It’d be on a commision basis, of course, but it’s one option to earn lindens that doesn’t involve wearing a thong. Actually, if you’re good in sales it could translate to some decent pocket change, probably more than I made when I tried to sell Avon! I may also be looking for non-sales workers to gather info and help fill the directory’s free listings section.
