While I was out exploring I visited a sim that had a giant hamster nibbling cheese. It rocked so much I had to know who made it. Found out it came from a place called D-Lab.
D-Lab is responsible for me going a bit nuts. When I got to their store I saw so many cute little animals I sort of lost my mind. If you know me at all, you’ll know that animals are a weakness in both lives for me, though in real life I can’t own any where I live. If I had my own island in Second Life though for sure I’d live out the fantasy of being a zoo owner.
Guys, I think I bought almost everything in the D-Lab store. I’m not a shopaholic, really. I’m actually frugal when it comes to most things. But this was cute little animals . . . .
There’s now a giant hamster outside the Moonletters Theatre nibbling cheese. Name? SPG aka Special Patrol Group.
I got an owl too, but the coolest thing I bought was a flying pig. Bacon Sandwich has made himself at home at Moonletters HQ.
Most of the stuff at D-Lab was around 150 lindens, but the Flying Pig was 300. He was worth it though, being far more interesting than an overpriced dog that cost 7000 lindens elsewhere.
Visit Inworld: D-Lab

Ok I have to fess up. I didn’t buy most everything in the store. This post was a combination of wishful thinking and shameful exaggerating. I wanted to buy everything though!
I did come home with an owl, a couple of pigs, hamster, and several plants which cost 30-35 lindens.
LOL … sounds like a great gift-buying place, too! We must go shopping together sometime. Wait to you read about the place I’ve been shopping!!
Yes, let’s go shopping together. A bonus if there’s cute little animals at the shop!
